Originally created by DigitalCreations in 1996 as an open-source application, Zope is constantly evolving and provides several key features. Zope is supported on Windows NT, Solaris and Linux and also includes native support for a variety of SQL data sources including Oracle, ODBC, Microsoft Access, Sybase, LDAP, Microsoft COM, XML-RPC, among others.
