Emergence by Design offers domain registration and renewal services through the OpenSRS system.

Nowadays it seems like everyone offers domain registration services, so why choose us? 2 good reasons:

When you register a domain name you provide an email address that becomes official address associated with your domain name. Updates, renewals, transfers and other administrative tasks are performed through that address.

If your domain needs to be renewed the registrar sends emails to that address. When forget the password to make changes to the domain the password reminder is sent to that address.

So what happens if you no longer have the email address you used when the domain was registered (as can happen if you switch internet service providers, or the person who registered the domain no longer works for you?)

The registrar will typically email an invoice to that address, and if it goes unpaid, eventually your domain gets suspended and your web site goes off the air and emails to you start bouncing. Not good.

Unlike many other registrars, we'll pick up the phone, call you, and make sure your domain doesn't get suspended just because you didn't receive an email.
